A Greyhound of a Girl comes to UK and Irish cinemas

Dazzler Media presents animated film, A Greyhound of a Girl, in UK and Irish cinemas from 28th June. Australian war film Before Dawn comes to UK cinemas

Powerful Australian war film, Before Dawn, is releasing in UK cinemas from 21st June courtesy of Kaleidoscope Entertainment. Based on real life war diaries, it's a bold retelling of one of Australia’s biggest military victories during World War I. The film stars Levi Miller (Pan), Travis Jeffery (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes) and Ed Oxenbould (The Visit), and is helmed by rising writer-director Jordon Prince-Wright (The Decadent and Depraved).

Lucy Lawless directorial debut to premiere at Sundance London

Powerful and acclaimed new feature documentary, Never Look Away, which tells the incredible true story of award-winning journalist Margaret Moth, will have its UK Premiere at Sundance Film Festival London on 7-8 June. The eagerly awaited film will release in cinemas later in the year from Kaleidoscope Entertainment. It’s helmed by acclaimed actress and activist Lucy Lawless (Xena: Warrior Princess, Ash vs Evil Dead) making her directorial debut.

Sasquatch Sunset premieres at Sundance London

The critically acclaimed and highly original Sasquatch Sunset will have its UK Premiere at Sundance Film Festival London on 8th June, followed by special previews from 10th June, before releasing across UK cinemas on 14th June from Icon Film Distribution. The film stars Riley Keough (Mad Max: Fury Road, American Honey) and Oscar nominee Jesse Eisenberg (Zombieland, The Social Network), helmed by acclaimed directors David and Nathan Zellner (Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter) and the producers of Hereditary and Midsommar.

Todd Haynes' May December gets physical release

From Oscar nominated director Todd Haynes (Far From Heaven), the critically acclaimed and powerful film May December arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on 20th May courtesy of Dazzler Media. Starring Oscar winners Natalie Portman (Black Swan) and Julianne Moore (Still Alice), it follows a married couple whose 23-year age gap sparked a notorious tabloid romance that gripped a nation. Two decades later, old wounds are reopened after they are visited by an actor conducting research before she portrays the woman in a new film.

The Goldfinger comes home this May

Following its successful release in cinemas, Trinity CineAsia is bringing Hong Kong crime epic The Goldfinger to Blu-ray, DVD and Digital from 20th May. It reunites Infernal Affairs stars Tony Leung (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, The Grandmaster) and Andy Lau (The Wandering Earth II, House of Flying Daggers) with co-writer and director Felix Chong (The Silent War, Overheard). The film just took six prizes at the 2024 Hong Kong Film Awards, the most wins for any film this year, including Best Actor for Tony Leung, his sixth all-time award at the ceremony.

Steven Knight's This Town gets home release

Dazzler Media is bringing the critically acclaimed new series, This Town, to Blu-ray, DVD and Digital from 13th May. From Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders and SAS Rogue Heroes, comes an electrifying series that tells a story of family ties, teenage kicks and redemption.
