Compelling true crime drama, The Sparring Partner, arrives in selected UK cinemas from 18th November courtesy of Trinity CineAsia. Based on the gruesome 2013 trial of a man who brutally murdered, dismembered and cooked his parents with the help of a friend, this legal drama explores the events which unfolded as solicitors clashed and nine jurors grappled with the truth. The film has been generating big recognition in Asia already, and is produced by the filmmaker behind the multi-award winning Port of Call.
